Neil Nowatzki is a Multimedia Specialist at the University of North Dakota (UND), with over 20 years of aviation, graphic design, and computer-based training development experience. He holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Studies and is a certified instrument and multi-engine flight instructor, actively teaching spins and aerobatics at UND. The HDD Menu Trainer used in this blended learning study was created by Neil and his team at Aerospace Network, a support division within the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences.
